1.11.2008 - 2008 National Dental Student Lobby Day
Join Fellow Dental Students on Capitol Hill. Plan to travel on Sunday, March 9. Monday is a full-day training session. Students will meet with Congressional leaders on Tuesday, March 11 to discuss pertinent education and dental industry concerns. Each attendee is responsible for his or her own travel and lodging arrangements. Official hotel information is detailed in the registration procedures. Registration deadline to ASDA and hotel reservation cut-off is Friday, February 8, 2008.

1.11.2008 - The Ryan Turner Memorial Scholarship

1.5.2008 - 2008 ASDA Regional Meetings
ASDA's three regional meetings are in Chicago, Illinois. Registration materials are available on-line. The registration deadline for the Eastern Regional Meeting is Thursday, January 17. Advance registration for Central and Western Regional Meetings has closed. Contact Meghan Keelean for late registration to these meetings.

ASDA has launched three new features of the website: a Career Opportunities Board, a Discussion Forum and a "MyASDA" personalized page.
* The Career Board is a place for you to post your CV and search for job opportunities for dental students. Please take advantage of this great resource.
* The Discussion Forum is a place for you to collaborate and communicate with your peers about issues related to dental school and the dental profession.
* The MyASDA page is a feature that allows you to pull ASDAnet content that most interests you onto one page for easier access.
